[BBCB-Mail] Rehearsal Location - 6/20/07 - B'burg Community Center

Greetings All,

I do apologize for the last minute announcement of the location for 
the Blacksburg Community Band and Blacksburg Community Strings July 
4th rehearsal. There were a number of issues that had to be 
considered and options that had to be explored.

We will NOT be in Squires this evening. We will be rehearsing in the 
Blacksburg Community Center Activities Room. This is across the 
street from Blacksburg High School and next door to the Blacksburg 
Aquatic Center, 725 Patrick Henry Drive.

Please be aware that this is a large room with cinder block walls, so 
it will be very loud in the room. I'm sorry that this is the best 
that we could do for this evening. Next week, we will be back in 
Squires 243.

Please take a second to call around to your sections and make sure 
that everyone is aware of the location change.

Also, please bring your music stand!

Thank you for your patience and understanding and let's make the best 
of this less-than-perfect situation.
