[BBCB-Mail] New concert information, Please read and respond

We have been invited to play for the kick off reception for the Holiday
Parade at Kent Square in Blacksburg.

Terry Nicholson (french horn) has asked us to play from 6pm - 7pm or 6:30 -
7:30 pm (I cannot erad my notes but I sure that Terry will correct
me) inside Kent Square during the reception.  We would be playing from the
small Christmas/Holiday books. I need to know who would be availble for this
concert on December 7, 2007.   I know it is a lot in one week but this would
be a really great new venue for us.  I am very excited and I hope to hear
from many of you in a variety of section.

Please respond ASAP so we can let Terry know if we are able to perform.
