Greetings Band!
Wonderful Roanoke College concert and Sinkland Pumpkin Festival. Thank you
to everyone who attended and assisted in the set up and breakdown for each
event.  Without your help we would never be able to get it together.

We will be holding elections during break on November 14.  If you would like
to nominate someone for office or would like to be considered for office we
will open the floor during break on the 7th of November.  If you will not be
present but wish to nominate someone please let one of the officers know and
we will make sure that you/they are nominated.

We have our spring concert date SUNDAY APRIL 13, 2008.  Mark your calendar.

MUSIC SORTING/POTLUCK
 SUNDAY NOVEMBER 4 - 1:00pm -4:00pm
 Blacksburg Rec Center
 (located across from the Blacksburg High School)
 Come when you can for as long as you can stay.  Kids are welcome!
 We will eat around 1:30pm and there is a full kitchen available to us with
stove and refrig for heating and storage.  The band will provide drinks and
all the paper goods for the pot luck.
***VOLUNTEERS NEEDED - We Need Volunteers to help with the Music Sorting
Potluck NOV 4 (someone to bring drinks and papergoods for the meal and
organize the dishes before serving time.)
