[BBCB-Mail] Sunday March 2 Music Sorting

Hello Band!
I hope you are planning to attend this Sunday's Music Sorting and Pot Luck
Supper

We will begin at 1:00pm at the Blacksburg Rec Center across from the
Blacksburg High School.  We will be sorting the music that came out of our
Folders at the last sorting.  This process will enable us to see what pieces
may have become lost and need to be reordered.

We will have kitchen access at the rec center so if you need to heat or
refrigerate your dish or if you need to keep it warm until we are ready to
eat, we will have a facility for you.  As usual the band will provided
plates, plasticware, cups, napkins, ice and beverages.  Even if you cannot
bring a dish there is always plenty to share.

We will eat around 2:00pm and continue to sort music until 4:00pm.  Come on
out any time between 1:00 and 4:00 and stay as long as you can.  We need all
the help we can get!
