Greetings All!

We will be performing at Steppin' Out this Saturday, August 2, from
11:30 am to 12:30. The location will be the corner of Main and
College Streets. This is the main traffic signal in downtown
Blacksburg. The stage will be in front of The Cellar and next to
Sharkey's.

Please bring your instrument, music and stands. Downbeat is 11:30 am
so please be there by 11:00 am.

Remember, Main Street is blocked from Roanoke Street to Turner
Street, so PLEASE give yourself extra time to get into town and find
a place to park. The best parking will probably be the Shultz parking
lot. This is the same parking lot that you probably parked in (or
near) for the Squires Student Center. This will be one block from the
stage. Just remember, you can't easily get to the parking lot. You
will have to get to it from the drillfield.

Alan McDaniel, John Howell, and Mary & Bob Woodbury, I have arranged
for you to park near the stage. As you come down North Main Street,
you will find barricades at the corner of North Main and Turner
Streets (corner with Campus Exxon and the Baptist Church). You should
be able to go around the barricades and continue slowly down Main
Street to get close to the stage. I have no idea of what the layout
will be, but there should be no problem getting you close.

The concert order is below.

Please make every effort to be at this concert. You sounded great
last Tuesday and I'm looking forward to Saturday's concert! Please
let me know if you have any questions.
